For more than a decade, I've combined personal meditation practice, breathwork, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, behavioral neuroscience, habit formation, and digital wellness with 20+ years of creative and technical experimentation.
That gives me a rare vantage point on where people fall off, where systems create friction, where onboarding loses momentum, and where small digital interventions create meaningful behavior change.
